Boat Hulls: Arma Coatings provides a lightweight yet extremely hard, durable coating for aluminum, fiberglass and wooden boats. It sets quickly and allows you to hit the water in 2-3 days. It withstands the torture of remote, unimproved launch areas, hidden water hazards like rocks, logs and branches, and a variety of beaching environments. Use it as a keel guard or full bottom protection to prolong the life and beauty of your boat. Improved Maneuverability: It's silky smooth finish makes boats more responsive and easier to handle, with only a slight increase in your boat's weight. It's impact resistant, waterproof, resists chemicals and heavy abrasion will last the life of your trailer, even in the most extreme temperatures and launching conditions. Flotation Encasement: Arma Coatings will protect polystyrene foam, the material used for flotation under docks, boathouses, floating homes, buoys and fish nets. Unless covered or encased, foam is degraded by gasoline, water and the burrowing action of marine life. This leads to the slow breakdown of the polystyrene into smaller and smaller pieces which do not decay naturally for reuse by the environment. These tiny pieces cause litter, affecting water quality and appearance, and harm wildlife, since ducks and fish may ingest the foam which they mistake for food.
